Which property did you get married at?
What was your theme?
Formal garden party! 💐
❤️🔥😍
Why did you pick this location?
Michigan held a special place in our hearts since this is where we met. We specifically chose The Love Inn because it was perfectly tucked away in the woods but still close to an airport for visiting family members. 🌲

Was there a weekend itinerary? If so, please share in detail!
Thursday: Check-in, set up string lights before wedding party arrived. Friends started to arrive from the GRR airport. Ordered pizza and had a chill night with the wedding party that was staying at the house.
Friday: Started off the morning with Brunch in Ada and then back to the house for all things wedding-prep. Steam the linens, make the bouquets and table vases, pre-make batch cocktails, fold the napkins, etc. Then left for rehearsal dinner in East Grand Rapids followed by late night drinks and bonfire at the house.
Saturday: Wedding day! Everyone had homemade breakfast and coffee together. Girls we're still getting ready when guests started to arrive at 5:00. Ceremony started at 5:30.
Sunday: Frantic clean-up! Definitely would recommend to others that sweet 4pm late check-out offer.
What was the best part of your special day?
If I had to describe it in one word, it would be wholesome. The ceremony was perfectly romantic, the dinner was intimate and communal, and the reception (turned garage party) was nostalgic like a high school party! 🥰
Any tips for future brides?
Take the latest check-out possible or stay another night after your wedding night...trust me!
Favourite Song of the Weekend?
Pink Pony Club was a crowd favorite when the rain was pouring outside and we we're all scream singing at the top of our lungs.
Bride and Groom's drinks of choice for the weekend?
Bourbon Peach Tea 🍑, Strawberry & Basil Margarita 🍓, Sangria
Where did you meet your partner?
University of Michigan, as graduate students.
