It’s true! Due to popular demand, we designed and built ALOHA 2.0 for large Bachelorette groups. Previously a 2,000 sq ft office, we transformed it into a 5 bedroom Megapad! Complete with double bunk beds, a Queen size sleeper sofa, twin size futon, and two Queen size Insta-beds.
It comes complete with not 1 but 2 giant hot water tanks, keeping that hot shower water flowing for your entire group. The bedroom and bed type is detailed on the listing description here.

The El Motel units have 4 bedrooms that each have a Queen size bed, sleeping 8 guests total. We provide 2 Queen size Insta-beds (luxe airbeds) and bedding, which also uses the same plush bedding we use on our regular beds, to sleep 4 additional guests for a total of 12 guests.

Unfortunately, this is not possible.
Our cleaners need space and time to do the thing they are so good at, so we ask they are not interrupted.
We recommend both Stasher and LuggageHero to coordinate bag storage.
At our ALOHA location, we recommend stopping at the Robey Hotel for a view on that rooftop. At Palm Springs, we recommend the nearby Arrive Hotel. Both may hold your bags if you ask nicely. :-)
*Please note that our locks our time sensitive, so you will not be able to enter the BANGTEL until your specified check-in time.

Yes! BANGTEL loves your pets and they are charged $150 per pet.

The ALOHA properties have 2 parking spot available onsite for $25 per night, based on availability.
We will also share a map of free parking in the area, which can be found in the electronic Guidebook sent prior to your check-in date.
The EL MOTEL properties have 2 covered garage parking spaces available on-site for $35/night per parking spot, based on availability.
We will also share a map of free parking in the area, which can be found in the electronic Guidebook sent prior to your check-in date.
The SpotHero app is recommended for additional off-site parking.
We do have a loading zone in front of the building that you can pull up to and use to unload. Make sure to use your hazards and not idle more than 15 minutes to avoid a parking ticket.
Mr. Pink’s in Palm Springs has parking for 2 cars on the driveway in addition to ample free street parking for another vehicle.
The Love Inn has parking for up to 10 vehicles onsite.

To ensure you get your package securely, we recommend shipping to the local Fedex or UPS. Call the establishment ahead of time and confirm with the specific location near our properties. You will need to add “Attention To:” and your name.

Yes! Photoshoots are our jam and you need our approval first. Hourly rates apply and start from $75 - $200 per hour with a 2 - 4 hour minimum depending on the theme of the shoot. We always want to be respectful of our neighbors above, below, and around. We ask that guests refrain from shouting, playing loud music, or screaming for joy after the hours of 10 PM on weekdays and weekends.
In Palm Springs, there is absolutely no music allowed outside at all, ever. The City of Palm Springs does not mess around. Once reported, guests are immediately evicted and subject to City fines.

No. All properties are completely NON-SMOKING. If you light up inside, you will be charged a $500 smoking fine.
You are welcome to smoke outside. Please dispose of your butts in an appropriate trash receptacle. Thank you.

No. If found, there will be an additional cleaning fee. Glitter and confetti are difficult for our cleaners to remove.

We only use the Insta-Bed brand, which is the highest quality air mattress on the market.
In our 12 years of hosting, we have tested them ALL in our quest to find the most comfortable and reliable option. The Insta-Bed auto-inflates to the same height as a regular bed and also has a firmness-setting option. There is also a sensor in the bed, which ensures the beds stay inflated all night. This way no one will wake-up sleeping on the floor. We have personally slept on these mattresses and can guarantee. They are truly comfortable and BANGTEL approved!.

Reserving the space is available based on a first come, first served basis. Simply put your request in when booking or book both floors.

You are literally in all the action at any of our Chicago locations in the hottest, hippest neighborhoods. You will be close to public transportation and will hear city noise.
We provide sound machines in each bedroom, complimentary earplugs, room darkening shades, and Memory Foam Sleep6 mattresses for good sleep.
In contrast, the Love Inn and Mr. Pink’s properties are quiet and relaxing each with a pool and surrounded by woodlands or mountains. If quiet is what you seek, just head west or east!

Get ready for an easy ride! Both of Aloha and El Motel buildings are a quick 20-30 minutes from O’Hare airport once you get on the Blue Line train. Once you get off the train, we are only a few blocks walking distance from the train. Please see the Blue Line train map here to see the Aloha and El Motel stops.

Mr. Pink’s in Palm Springs is a 10 minute Uber from the Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) or a 2.5 hour drive from LA.

The Love Inn near Ada is a a 20 minute drive from Grand Rapids Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) or downtown Grand Rapids and a 3 hour drive from Chicago.

Renters must be 25 years of age or older. Guests will need to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID to confirm your reservation.
We will also require a credit or debit card to be placed on file for a damage deposit hold. The damage deposit hold will fall off of the guest's card as a pending amount within 7 days. More information regarding the damage deposit hold can be fond on BANGTEL’s term’s & conditions here.

You are able to cancel your reservation at any time.
You can cancel up to the day of your arrival and a stay credit will be provided, which is valid for 1 year from the initial booking date and can be redeemed at any BANGTEL location.
Cancellations made 45 days prior to your check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Mid term bookings (28 days or longer), photoshoots, film and event bookings are non-refundable.
