Only applies to full priced reservations. Does not apply on reservations made with any sort of discount.

Referral must book a minimum of a $1200 stay.

Does not apply to reservations made before August 21st, 2025.

Only one referral payout will be allotted per booking.

$200 Cash payout will be paid out via Venmo or Zelle after the guest has stayed.

Referral must be mentioned at time of booking by the person who booked in order to be redeemed by person who referred.
